The Better Business Bureau’s Chicago office business listing on Yahoo is being used by users to leave complaints about companies. The comments should only be left about the Better Business Bureau, not for. It would make more sense to leave a negative review under the appropriate company’s listing and to file an actual report with the Better Business Bureau. I would love to rant on about this but after all, Yahoo users are also responsible for Yahoo Answers- they aren’t the smartest people on the internet.
