Judges rip Texas courts in death penalty case →
A federal appeals court decided to force a hearing on whether or not a man with an IQ of 70 is mentally retarded, thus unfit for the death penalty sentence he received. What bothers me the most is how every court in Texas that heard the case failed to understand that the SCOTUS ruled that YOU CAN NOT SEND A MENTALLY RETARDED PERSON TO DEATH ROW. For the record, anyone with an IQ of 70 is considered mentally retarded. In Texas 2+2=6.
