The Industry moves forward by ditching DRM and Microsoft goes backward.  Unfortunately most people don’t know/care about DRM and probably won’t be upset about it until they lose the music they paid for, in this instance by buying a new cell phone.  Remember all those people that lost their music when Microsoft shut down MSN Music?  History is about to repeat itself.
