From what I understand, if these six people (and probably more to come in the future) were to enter the European Union, they will likely be detained to face trial in Spain for the torture of five Spanish terror suspects at Guantanamo Bay.   I can only hope that this moves forward and as international pressure increases, investigations begin here in America.  Torture is unconscionable as well as ineffective means for gathering intelligence.
