Chipoltle only uses 100% naturally raised (no antibiotics, all vegetarian diets and more room to move around) pork and chicken on their menu.  Also, over 25% of their produce is locally produced!  That should be a model for other fast food restaurants, as it’s not only a more sustainable business model, it’s better tasting.
